like-minded Possies are invited to celebrate here, online, on Sunday May 19th, the death and possible obliteration of the Ruling Rabble who, collectively, have blighted this countries future, its reputation, social fabric and economy.

If you had watched ABC last Monday night: viewing first, the human induced disaster of the Murray/Darling, followed by seeing the crumbling of University board's ethics collapsing under IPA thought-bubbles of a "market economy" ( happily implemented by the Ruling Rabble) and then taken time to reflect on the historic shambles they have deliberately made of the NDIS, the 3rd rate NBN, the dismantling  of the car industries, the disembowelling of the CSIRO, health, education, industrial relations and the ABC, you may well have felt very depressed.

But then, Willie Shortstuff offered in his answers to questions on QandA  what looks at least like a vision for the future, offering a positive alternative, a broader, fairer space in which to breathe and to grow, rather than again soporifically accepting  that more of the same:  the very dark, musty and venally selfish place we're presently inhabiting nationally, is really satisfactory.

Earlier, surprising all the nay Sayers, Willie, had widely accepted "wins" in the first two "leader's debates", and while not eviscerating Scummo, exposed his bully-boy and then his Ruling Rabble as being as I've said for the past six years, a policy free vacuum running on slogans, hype, smoke and mirrors for their donors and ultimately for their own self interest.

First having established superiority on policy grounds and then presenting as an interested and engaging listening type with genuine human concern for the nation and its future, people "educated" by years of the Ugly American Murdoch's 20,000 negative articles and references to Shorten, suddenly found that in reality the opposite of The Ugly American lies was true.

This was too much.

An Ugly American shill, Anna Caldwell (Sydney's, Daily Terragraph), posing as a journalist, vomited up an article purporting to show Willie Shortstuff's (according to the Ugly American) well known duplicity in seemingly distorting a narrative about his dead mother's life and career in order to sound more human and approachable.

Well, as one of the main biased propaganda arms of the Ruling Rabble, The Daily Terragraph  found very quickly that it had kicked an "own-goal" of such proportions that even Ruling Rabble seniors began admitting that it was "all-over-red-rover" and that this marked a definitive turning point in the campaign. It also opened a floodgate of pent up resentment toward the The Ugly American's comic's  biased, lowest common denominator  distorted reporting ,its untruths, false equivalents and jaundiced world-view and factually sloppy column writing with past reporters and even current ones, expressing disdain for its editors low journalistic standards and irrelevance to the truth of what it writes nationally.

Interestingly, The Scum-Herald propaganda unit here in Vic where the Ruling Rabble are desperate to shore up once safe "blue-ribbon" seats from wipe-out, chose not to run Caldwell's pathetic ordure, showing at least, some sense of self preservation.

All of which happened Petals, in the week when American Diplomatic cables released from their time quarantine, provided evidence that in 1974 the not then American but still very ugly, Murdoch issued the directive to his Australian editors, "Kill Whitlam !"

How times don't change.

There followed next day the third debate where an initially flat Shorten eventually overhauled his opponent by dint of policy and finished him off with a couple of bon-mots, the best being when asked by the moderator, "How will you stop the revolving door of prime ministers?" answered drily, "When we've won this election."

If the Wake on the 19th isn't to celebrate the excision of the Ruling Rabble cancer from the Australian political body we will then be faced with a corrupted fractured party in power again, one which has normalized rorting of the entitlements system, normalized corruption, normalized lying on policy, acceded credibility to the far right and religious fundamentalism, degraded human rights, evaded personal financial scrutiny, has no interest in public education or the public broadcaster and wants health privatised like the 22 of its party who adhere to corporate interests / IPA ideas and not a national one.

Times will be far darker than ever before experienced.

We are so lucky in this luckiest of a lucky country. We have been belled oops, bountifully appointed with anointed political officers who are ever ready to make themselves available to meet the people they so blessed to serve.... no matter how far out of sight and/or mind  they really are.

Prime Miniature du Jour, Scummo,  for instance has just completed what could be likened to a truncated Oral Roberts tour to the natives of The Deep North, spreading the word of his prosperity gospel and demonstrating at every moment his genuine suburban authenticity as a counterpoint to the evils of The Red Terror, Hanson's Noe Notion Party.

In the same vein as the late Roberts and using, in lieu, The "I Ching," as my copy of the Bible evaporated many years ago: I opened it at a random page to seek guidance as to Scummo's progress:  Hexagram 39.  Obstruction.  "Difficulties and obstructions throw a man back on himself. While the inferior man seeks to put the blame on other persons, bewailing his fate, the superior man seek the error within himself, and through this introspection the external obstacle becomes for him an occasion for inner enrichment and education."

How serendipitously apt... for remember how Scummo's first pre-selection went "pear shaped"  at 82-8 and was then miraculously reversed:  and how earlier on being sacked from Tourism Australia he is afforded a generous payout, and more recently how his unalloyed support of the besieged Truffles, again, miraculously lands him in the Top-Job?  

Even as Commandant of our regional concentration camps it wasn't Scummo's fault that people were suicidal but Labor's, and it wasn't his fault that all around him were telling lies about the camp's conditions. 

Why, even his rival for the Top-Job, Rabid-the-Hun is on the record as noting these places are a wonderful place  for a holiday!

Scummo's  commitment to has flock is such that ever mindful of reaching his people his empty tour bus is over-flown by his RAAF flight so that next morning the bus can be utilized as a temporary pulpit from which to descend and spread the word that salvation is nigh.... as long as you're not LGBTQQIA, Labor, Green, want penalty rates , Medicare, honest banks, a genuine public service, a proper NBN, a funded NDIS not a "kitty" for farmers, a funded CSIRO  and a funded ABC!

Having spent quite some energy lambasting Labor's Willie Shortstuff  traveling all over the country during the past 12 months for his old fashioned Town Hall meet and greets, the Ruling Rabble has decided that actually talking to disparate plebians might provide some advantageous publicity.... but knowing their utter disdain for "the great unwashed" who are not IPA members they will probably go to the central casting bureau they used last election to provide some Types: "working", safety vest, overalls, boots (sans Rolex and manicured nails)  nurse, uniform, just-do-it 1/2 smile, "pensioner": Unlined, semi-attractive, slim (Julie Bishop), "Busy Working Mum" 30-ish, 21/2 children (optional 1/2) middle-class, with small 4WD in mock Georgian house, to attend their vetted meeting with vetted questions and "canned" applause. 

It's happening already Petals:  Sabra Lane today on ABC's nobbled "AM" spent the last 10 minutes of the program sounding like she was reading a prepared set of questions for Ozone-Hole Hunt's (now the deliriously incompetent minister of sickness)  factotum Trenty Zimmerframe, who announced yet another enquiry to further the pretence of caring and looking active, not their usual moribund selves. 

This one is allegedly about sleep patterns for workers . 

Possibly to find a way around penalty rates for shift workers, particularly nurses and "fireys."

One thing that is certain in all this. It is that The Ruling Rabble's mendacity, cupidity and corruption IS authentic and all fatuous variations on a theme of care for the suburban plight has as much truthfulness as Arbiet Macht Frei had for the souls that passed beneath its falsehood.

Budget Blues or The Pea and Thimble Con.

The blatant vindictiveness and almost mind numbing hypocrisy of this current ruling rabble has really come to the fore now that Willy Shortstuff has given his budget reply speech.

Labelling his gazumping of their paltry and deceitful tax cuts to low and middle income earners as "unbelieva-BILL" and revelling in three of his parliamentarians having to vacate the opposition benches to face bye-elections because of dual citizenship woes, their raucously, bitchy sloganeering is just a cover for fear of what in a few weeks will be a series of opinion polls which, in all likely-hood, will accurately indicate the paucity of their future national electoral prospects.

Lashing out by cutting funding to anyone they see as a threat, the national broadcaster the ABC has again been singled out for more punishment with another $84,000,000.00 being slashed from its budget bringing the total cuts to over $300,000,000.00 since 2013 when Rabid-the-Hun publicly lied and promised no cuts at all.

Graeme Innes former Disability and Discrimination Commissioner said, "This is about members of the Government having a view that the ABC is biased to the left....and when you think some-one is against you... you cut their funding."

...and on the same program Ugly American Murdoch shill, The Slug Sloane smirked as she agreed and said simply, "It was payback."

When Petals, I wrote the headline banner on the top of this blog I really hoped  that "...the inexorable slide into Fascism." would not happen. Obviously It was a forlorn hope as we are nearly at the bottom of that abyss as freedom of speech is attacked, unions are demonised and fined out of existence, wages are being cut and fear and anxiety are promoted whilst state surveillance is a growing threat to personal liberty.

I was speaking with an ABC staffer recently who said how much they enjoyed reading this blog  but went on indicate that "...it was more than their job was worth to comment publicly."

I suggested he complain to his nearest IPA manager over restriction of freedom of speech.

Even Gutless Guthrie the ABC's Murdoch trained MD has for once complained at the cuts and there is talk that morale is low and further, that staff are becoming restive.

Adding insult to injury in their Pea and Thimble chicanery, the ruling rabble have decided to spend some $48.7 millions of the ABC's cut to commemorate the 250th anniversary of Capt. Cook's landing. And with another monument .... making I believe, a total of 36 in the country.

Simon, The Simple Breheny, who has never been fettered by such an inhibiting factor as thinking and  also a shill from the IPA (Coot's-with-Queer-Ideas-From-a-Parallel-Universe) has shrilly alerted the world to Willy Shortstuff's budget-in-reply speech as being communist and that,  "... the idea of the State owning what you create, abhorrent."

Obviously unaware of the economic strength of Communist China, Simon The Simple rails against governments owning utilities (like the Malay and Chinese govs own significant electricity supplies here) or providing for Police, Hospitals, Schools, Broadcasting to the Nation and all those other economically wasteful services that actually bind communities together as a civil society.

Better, this hypocritical taxpayer funded think-tanker asserts, we spend our taxes on the 1% who know what's good for us and let the "free" market run wild.

More Coot's-with-Queer-Ideas-From-a-Parallel-Universe have popped up recently. One proselytising his cant on QandA,  Timmy, The Twat Wilson unfortunately was completely "owned" by self-described "Sustainability Provocateur, Designer, Sociologist, Experimental Educator and Social Change Maker," Leyla Acaroglu.  Openly laughing at The Twat's comments this bright young woman beautifully exposed the banality of the member for Goldstein's little mind and his utter embarrassing uselessness as a contemporary thinker and mightily discomforting this vain, right-wing lump into the bargain.

The third of this wretched trio is  Georgina, The Gorgon Downer who has gained ruling rabble pre-selection for the Adelaide seat of Mayo, being the third or fourth generation of Downers to bludge off the taxpayer in that seat.

Like her father, Fishnets-that-Batter, she is not noted for any outstanding qualities. The Gorgon has not, I reckon, had one original thought in her life, her rote IPA commentary on radio and TV being the most tediously soporific celebration of right-wing mediocrity that makes even Timmy Twat and Simon The Simple look like intellectuals of the first rank.

But, on the bright side, should the electors of Mayo let their better judgment desert them, at least she will no longer pollute the air waves in Victoria as much.

it's nearly Spring.....

Faux Finance Minister, Matty Horse-Shite Cormann whose second language is English and third economics, has painted a desperate doomsday scenario of Australia under a Willie  Shortstuff  Labor regime, claiming that he is "cocky" and relying on the politics of envy to propel him to the Prime Minister's Lodge as people forget the failures of, "shock-horror", that word which should never be uttered:  socialism. 

Ludicrously likening the Labor party to a East German Stasi cabaret, The Cuban's Beuna Vista Social Club, and St Petersburg's Mariinsky Ballet, Horse-Shite, in a mixed language rant to Father Gerard's Sydney Geriatric Institute, claimed that by being socialist  and not giving tax breaks to big business, curbing excessive executive payouts and paying fair wages there will be a terrible brake on "aspiration" in Oz and the entertainment of widening class division!

Also, conveniently ignoring not only Australia's faltering economy, increasing debt and rampant Ruling Rabble corruption, this salient member of the Lying Nasty Papists, in reprising the "Reds-Under-The-Bed" scenario from the 50's also avoids  mentions of  the economies of Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark who are highly successful social democracies.

He prophesied that our most innovative  entrepreneurs with imagination and creativity will  flee the country to their Cayman Island tax havens leaving the light on thus causing all those renting these refugees negatively geared properties on their reduced wages without penalty rates not to be able to afford the rising electricity bill, smashed avocado and forced to eat cat food in lieu of real mince.

Disaster!

Seeming never in his life to have had a job other than one sucking off the public teat, this neo-fascist Belgian expat is well qualified to be concerned about the politics of envy, cigar smoking and the dismal failure of neo-con theory as his Lying Nasty Papist cabal fails to govern effectively; and because of its policy bereft status is even being pilloried by those whom you might think, at other times, would be supporters.

A perfect storm is brewing too, as the eligibility crisis, the stupidly divisive marriage equality postal vote  and Pell-Pot's historical child abuse case all head for judgment in October and there seems to be a drip feed of damaging historical malfunctions like Rabid-the-Hun's alcoholic stupor and sleeping through important votes in parliament and the potentially internecine stoushes between the LNP and the Nats to make the ruling rabble a total shambles.

Nationals deep-north senator Matty, Thug Canavan and Noe Notion senator Mal-Addled Roberts have changed their tune on key details of their citizenship status, as the High Court begins hearings on a case providing ample evidence of the honesty, ethics and integrity of ruling rabble and its affiliates. Happy to lie to the people they say they represent Thug Canavan has conceded to the court that he has been an Italian citizen since he was 2 - when he previously blamed a 2006 application on his mother - and Mal-Addled appeared ( I say "appeared" as his empirical evidence enunciations are always in a deep-north dialect quite foreign to the rest of the country) to admit that he had not filled in his British citizenship renunciation documents until after he was elected, to which, there was weeping and gnashing of teeth by 77 sack-clothed and ashed deep-north voters. 

Some of Australia's most senior politicians have been caught out not declaring a free pay television subscription worth up to $1,600 a year. No wonder The Ugly American, Murdoch needed another, no strings, $30,000,000.00 of taxpayers money to play with.  He will also be having stern words with his son who lackadaisically  has been gazumped again, this time by CBS flying under his radar to buy Channel 10, thereby stalling The Ugly American's ambition of having almost total control of Australia's media.

All Aboard The Brandis' Follies and Fractured Senate

Truffles' and Bookshelves' "Cap-n's Pick" of royal commissioner, Justice Martin, stood down almost immediately after his elevation because of what he saw as a "perception of ...a perceived conflict of interest..."

After calls from Willy Shortstuff that there be at least one or possibly two indigenous people adjudicating the inquiry, "Bookshelves" Brandis announced (with not a Truffle to be seen at his presser), a female judge, Margaret White (pun not intended) and ATSI Social Justice Commissioner, Mick Gooda as Martin's "seconds."

Mick's only bias is that he spouted that the whole NT Government be sacked after the airing of the videos.... but he hasn't a perceived conflict of interest!

Gillian Triggs, Human Rights Commissioner has gamely stuck her head above the parapet again suggesting that the inquiry into indigenous youth detention be widened to cover the whole of  Australia.

"Bookshelves," desperate to seem relevant and not out of the limelight intoned with what could have been a twee stamp of the foot, "We, Truffles and I, had already discussed having two commissioners."......so there.

Triggs' involvement delights the trolls of the Ugly American Murdoch's, right-wing propaganda sheet, "The Un-Australian" who are currently running  another "18C" campaign against Triggs. In what looks like a "fit-up" about racial discrimination, Murdoch's minions are beating up a long running dispute of limited interest and less consequence with the best of their virulent and malicious prose.

Oh, where's a Freedom Boy when ya need 'im?  Oh, that's right, apart from probably feeding the "dirt" on Triggs, Timmy "The Twat" Wilson is now "busy" sucking off the public teat as the Lower House, Goldstein Member.

The saddest thing about the response to the widespread endemic racism which has been highlighted again is that the Ruling Rabble Mk2  have made such a mess of obvious procedure. They always seem incapable of thinking beyond the limits of their very narrow ideology and are constantly looking for political advantage over  what would be good policy for the nation.

Newspapers are faltering, Fairfax announced a $1 Billion asset base write down;  The Guardian's seeking public funding and it's an open secret that The Ugly American's rags are losing money, hand over fist.

Watching ABC's Lateline, (1-8-16)  the thought occurred when David Lipson made a flaccid commentary of the shambles Truffle's Ruling Rabble Mk2 is making of all it touches, that you really can find better commentary online. There may be more nutters to slalom around but more acute and independent opinions are available other than the now nobbled ABC or the MSM's whose eye being firmly on their on their advertising clients revenue, tempers their (ahem), adventurousness.... except for the Ugly American's rags... who are subsidized in their right-wing rants from other sources.

The MSM's wholesale but misplaced support for the return of Ruling Rabble Mk2 was a case in point. Voting which actually mirrored the present polls of Labor 52 to Liarbril 48 indicated either inability to gauge the public mood or rank political influence. And now, in some cases, the gushing praise of Truffle's swift response to the indigenous children's abuse is contradicted by many online commentators whose far more accurate assessments of his actions and of the innapproriateness of the initial Royal Commissioner appointment leaves the MSM looking redundant.

There seems to be a coalescence of thought facilitated by the new technologies which is by-passing the old top-down, commercial interest, paradigm of the old press.

Ex Anti-Environment Minister G.Hunt who is now Innovation Minister (this is not a joke) has decided that in this incarnation, the stripping of climate scientists out of CSIRO should be reversed.  This lucid demonstration of the "agility and innovative-ness" "Ozone-Hole" Hunt and the Ruling Rabble Mk2 makes it more of a pity that morale in the CSIRO has been shattered in the long term resulting from the short-term stupidity of an IPA inspired ideology of privatisation at all costs. It has forced 1/3 of the many talented, dedicated and irreplaceable people made redundant to find work overseas and of no direct benefit to Australia.

If anything, the mauling of the CSIRO only further spotlights how the sheer incompetence of Ruling Rabble Mk's1 and 2  with their trademark of No/Yes/No/Yes policy confusion and their limited intelligence and that of those who advise them, imposes a brake on the nation.

Another of Willy Shortstuff's ideas, that of having a Royal commission into the banking sector, is getting a "Claytons" airing with Truffles-in-a-Muddle opting for a Lower House tete-a-tete with bankers on a regular yearly basis. He hopes the public will think firm action is being taken over the egregious practices of excessive credit charges, shonky advice and astronomical executive salaries. Well, not really: Truffles in his patrician way feels that throwing a small circus for the plebians because the banks didn't pass on the latest RBA interest downgrade will keep them occupied enough not to notice that their wages and conditions have been slashed, health services are out of financial reach, and utility costs have been allowed to rise to the point where candles and chip-heater hip baths are making a come-back and that education is only for the very wealthy, or as Georgina Downer so eloquently put it, for those  "...who can afford a NICE school."

All is being eroded to the point where the majority can actually afford other than a very basic peasant-ish living.

And now there is Malcolm "Addled" Roberts; a One Notion candidate elected to the Senate having received just 77 first preference votes!  Malcolm who give every indication of being  very, very addled thinks climate change is a myth devised by Zionist bankers as a plot to control the populations of the earth and that governments use GRAMMAR to control the masses...or something. Yep, this F..*&%%$@#+*$%*@...wit is going to vote for a Royal Commission into the untruths the CSIRO and the Bureau of Meteorology are making up on Climate Change.  This is the legislative future of this country? Thank Dog... someone who makes Bestiality Bernardi and Loopy Leyonhjelm seem sane....What a lovely Senate, Truffles-in-a-Muddle has devised for us all.

Now week four and the DD (Delusional Duo) are spending gazillions of other people's money zipping about the country gagging journalists (mostly from the ABC) and obfuscating with foggy half truths and often in the Liarbrils case, outright lies, which will not be picked up by the "fact-check" 'cause it's been cut from the budget (all $100,000:00 worth)  and will not be re-instated by the new Murdoch appointee Michele Guthrie as it would not help the Liarbril cause if people actually knew what was really planned..... if they did they really might start to riot.

Hmmm... "Horse-Shite" Cormann praising Willie Shortstuff, Chwissie "The Whyning" Pyne telling us we don't really need fast broadband and "Barnyard" Joyce conflating the surge in boat arrivals under Labor with their decision to halt live beef exports to Indonesia...and another of their candidates bailing out, citing no help from a "divided party on a knife edge."

Barely three weeks into the election campaign and it seems the ruling rabble are a trifle rattled and are showing a lack of capacity for the hard work of disciplined and focused campaigning.

Perhaps because their right-wing IPA driven agenda that offers the majority of the electorate nothing except social divisiveness and disadvantage is becoming more apparent that they are confused as to what to say.

One of the Liarbril candidates "crashed" one of "Willie Shortstuff's" meet and greet sessions and made a complete "dick" of himself by rounding on the journo's when he couldn't answer to his party's policy on health. Not willing to "fess-up" that it's "Stay Healthy and Wealthy, 'Cause We Don't Care," candidate Chwissie "Vermin" Jermyn, stuffed himself into his vehicle and drove off to escape the publicity that his poor minder then had to contend with. His car was later photographed parked on a "nature strip" next to a sign saying "No Parking," so you can see he seems the perfect Liarbril candidate. Rude, stupid, self centered and un-electable!  Eat your heart out, Jamie Diaz, you're no longer a solo act! 

Where do these people come from and how in dog's name do they get pre-selected?

Labor's "Big Red's captain's pick," Nova Peris has bailed out of the Senate, too...only to cop a barrage of racist criticism, particularly from those intellectual minnows Greg "Toady" Sheridan and "Blot-on-The-Landscape" Bolt who opined that she had "....gone walkabout...!"

Moderator (Interrogator?), Chris Uhlmann couldn't help his bias emerging by questioning Willie himself ( I don't recall Truffles being subjected to this) and interrupting Willies' answers.... and the little synopsis scripts at bottom of screen were often quite misleading or biased..... it seems that "The Ugly American's" woman now running what's left of the National broadcaster was on the job and that "balance" like privacy, honesty, ethical behaviour and humanity is soooo last century!
 

I think the Liarbrils are almost in tatters.... their policy vacuum is becoming more apparent day by day and even their "chosen one" "Horse-shite" Cormann is failing in his robotic deliverance's. Labor's Feeney's mess is a pinprick compared to the "own goals" this ruling rabble have kicked....particularly as it has now come to light that "Eleventy" Hockey, failed Treasurer and now Ambassador of Embarrassment to Washington,  looks as though back in 2012 he was fiddling his "cab-charges" whilst telling us the "Age of Entitlement is over" and calling for the sacking of "Slippery Pete" on a similar, though smaller matter. I'll bet the AFP wont be investigating Eleventy's alleged rorts! .....  the next two weeks will be very interesting... probably with Mandy "Il Patrone"  Vanstone with Little Johnny-Who-Lost-His-Seat again trotted out as "the nearly believable" Liarbrils as the press don't have to ask them about where the money came from...and who sent it and was it Chinese this time, not that Italian mafioso from Brunswick and doesn't Cory B still equate marriage equality with bestiality and does Stevie "Slit-Her-Throat" Ciobo really stand up for Women's Rights?

"Blah," as some call him, would have been naively happy though, that one of his hysterically inept video's made after the fracas, was given 15 seconds worth of  fame on TV news and where this sad creature was further exposed to justified ridicule.

Not wishing to confront the fact that Australia is becoming a xenophobic, racist, ugly and insular country, commentators are concentrating on saying how naughty it is for the "antifa" boys and girls to wear face masks and belt the fascists with flag poles while the police pepper spray photographers as the fighting goes on around them. Missing the point or blind to reality?

It seems appropriate that the illustrations for this weeks rant are of a cemetery given that parliament is soon to sit again and where the ruling rabble will be attempting to push the country further into the hell of its "Coot's-With-Queer-Ideas-From-a-Parallel-Universe" (IPA) masters right-wing ideological fantasies.

Unfortunately for the ruling rabble, Willie Shortstuff has stolen a march on their rabid designs by calling for a Royal Commission into the corruption, perfidy and malfeasance that has been brought to a peak of perfection by our banks. Denying that it was at all necessary, the front-runners of this mongrel lot, Cash "the Harpy," "Truffles" Turdball-Fop, "Sco-mo" Morrison, The Innumerate" and many others of similar untalented mien have all been opining that notwithstanding the $120,000,000.00 slashed from ASIC and the 4000 jobs eliminated from ACCC and the tax office, these bodies are perfectly capable of investigating any "situation" that may or may not have occurred and anyway the public are just not interested in this sort of political enquiry..... although a recent poll suggests that 83% of the population thinks it's a terrific idea.

Timing his latest Union-Bashing bashing for this last sitting before he calls a double dissolution election, "Truffles" was again discomforted by the leaking of all a Panama Banks documents about who had what, where and how much was hidden from the tax man. It made the supposed corruption of the construction unions fade into insignificance and "Truffles" had to dodge some probing questions into his Cayman Island accounts.

Princess Fiona of Nash has deemed that a sugar tax on soft drinks is a bad idea....and that an increase in tobacco tax a better health strategy.  Remember when this rabble was first elected, one of her "advisers" as assistant health minister was a bloke with strong representations to the Junk Foods business and the Princess was trying to scuttle Labor's new food labelling legislation?

Well it seems that the Princess is having another junk food moment. It transpires that Princess Fiona of Nash has been called un-scientific by a Brit Medico in that more harm is done to our health from over-use of sugar in our diets and than by the uses of tobacco and alcohol combined!

Well done, Princess Fiona. You have maintained the appalling scientific standards of your ruling rabble at a truly medieval level.

When the election is called and "Truffles" and the rest of the clowns in his circus Mk2 will all be claiming what good economic managers they are.... in its short life the Liarbril ruling rabble has levied more tax as a proportion of GDP than Labor did. Government spending as a proportion of GDP has also increased, the budget deficit has more than doubled from its “crisis” levels in 2013, and gross government debt has ballooned by over $100bn.....and let's not forget their assiduous rorting of their parliamentary benefits. The bluff and bluster was resurrected when "Sco-Mo, The Innumerate" recently tweeted: “Labor’s plan is to tax, spend and borrow. Our plan is to back Australians who are working, saving and investing.” He could tell that to the 300 scientists sacked from the CSIRO in an "Innovative" method for  doing research

How are we to rationalise the abolition of the office of the disability discrimination commissioner and the appointment of the first national wind farm commissioner? The elimination of a key role to assist the large number of people with disabilities and their families, many of whom live below the poverty line and struggle with endemic disadvantage, followed by the creation of a new role to address a syndrome that doesn’t exist.  One of the first notable and ominous acts of the ruling rabble MK 1 was, in fact, an omission – the first government in over 70 years not to appoint a science minister. Since then, the country’s peak scientific research body, the CSIRO, has responded to funding cuts by shedding scientists like dead skin. A world renowned research program into climate change has been ditched.

.Against this background of attacks on scientific research and the debacle that is the country’s major innovation and infrastructure project, the NBN, "Truffles" announced a new innovation policy.... an advertising campaign costing $20,000,000.00.

And let's not speak any further of this mongrel pack's plans for health and education... it's all similar: user pays. What was once a fair and egalitarian nation has become and if the mongrels are returned to power, will continue to slide further into an abyss of greed, selfishness and ultimately civil strife that we have never seen before.... dark days ahead.

But let's finish on one bright note: Old "Kero Bath-Chopper" Bishop has lost preselection for her safe seat of Mackellar.  And so it's good riddance to an incompetent minister, unconscionably partisan speaker, rorter extraordinaire, and vicious senate enquirer.

May the karma of evil she created return and stay with her for the rest of her sour and sorry days in the hate-filled silence she deserves.
