Appealing to the 2%

So, it's only been two months since the last election and already it feels like an eternity as The Happy-Clapper, Prosperity-Pentacostalist Anti-Christ and bogan Prime Miniature, Scummo and his Ruling Rabble struggle to find anything positive to do for the nation. 

Oh, there's prayer!

Rallying with 21,000 of the 2% he actually rules for, Scummo exhorted them and by inference, us,  for all to show more love to each other. Except of course if you are a refugee in a concentration camp, unemployed, homeless, in need of public education, health care or on a pension, as his "brand" of xtianity extols the money- lender and eschews caring for others for that is too, too socialist and besides, one's own salvation is paramount.

Oh, but we should pray about things like climate change, the drought and the great Barrier Reef's destruction ....seems that $400 million gifted to some friends, just 'aint cutting the mustard on the water matter. Yep, How Good is That, lining up with his brethren of similar fantasy ilk in the Un-united States, Scummo would like more prayer to solve things; even though they are matters better left to competent, practical and deliberate governance.

It's a joyous pity then to report that of at least ten studies into the efficacy prayer, particularly in medical situations carried out in the U-Usa, have shown that prayer is a peculiarly ineffective treatment and that "... patients who knew they were being prayed for had a higher rate of post-operative complications like abnormal heart rhythms, perhaps because of the expectations the prayers created, the researchers suggested.

But isn't it nice to know he's thinking of us at all?

Why, even at the Ruling Rabble cabal's group grope in The Deep North had thought bubbles bursting forth like apple blossoms in Spring. Thoughts which extended to A/: declaring the ABC an "enemy of the LNP" ( aka.. the Ruling Rabble) and, B/: establishing an "Office of Science Quality Assurance".

Resolution "A" is perfectly understandable. The ABC generally has commentators both on radio and TV who can impartially analyse and discuss matters of policy and state in depth and with this is at odds with the one track, tunnel visions the right-wing, neo-liberal propagandists are used to participating in on the majority of Oz media as a consequence, they feel highly irrelevant and intellectually bereft and unable to contribute much at all when such conversations occur.

Ergo... close down the ABC, problem solved!

Resolution "B" is not dissimilar. It would enable a genius like Senator, Mal-Addled Roberts to veto or ratify scientific reports handed to the government.

This would have some historical precedence such as Galileo having to submit to the C17th Roman Inquisition but less clear in the present age is the role the Pentecostal prosperity gospel will play in this farce proposed by Ms Frackingbum... and at least the Roman boys had some eduction behind them.

Further demonstrating the Ruling Rabble's empathy and understanding of those they rule, SS (Shutz staffel or Social Services, take your pick) Minister Annie The Ribald, Ruston was, having declared on right-wing radio that the pension was "generous", forced to duck numerous Zimmer frames, crutches and plates of aluminium encased food on leaving the studio but was agile enough on her way to her government chauffeured vehicle to slalom around the many menacing disability scooters whose irate drivers were intent on flattening her political future.

And then there was the Butcher of Fallujah, ex senator Molan the Grate auditioning for a reprise on QandA by blithely dismissing indigenous calls for constitutional recognition by opining that if you let them have recognition why not the Chinese , Turks, Greeks, Vietnamese etc, as well? His ignorance both intellectually and emotionally in repudiating indigenous cultural claims, was well served by his overtly selfish fascism.

Molan the Grate started a week which then provided the most excoriating example of Australia's racism, The Taking Down of Adam Goodes. This film was a compilation of Goode's career as an Aboriginal footballer, concentrating on his last two years as he was constantly booed and heckled at every game till this talented  "Australian of the Year" resigned and  left.

What was brought into clear focus was the intensity and volume of the racism stoked by such large and well funded media groups, mostly The Ugly American Murdoch's and such constant regressive voices as Miranda Devine, Andrew Bolt, Ray Hadley, Alan Jones, Steve Price, Eddie McGuire and Sam Newman who manipulated disgraceful crowd behaviour around to be the victims fault. These people are putrid examples of a corrupt media, aiding and abetting in corrupting a nation; The Murdoch legacy being wrought here as it has been in Britain and in America to these nation's detriment........ we are diminished because of them and our own stupidity.

No  wonder Denmark has banned such a vile organization from their shores.

it's nearly Spring.....

Faux Finance Minister, Matty Horse-Shite Cormann whose second language is English and third economics, has painted a desperate doomsday scenario of Australia under a Willie  Shortstuff  Labor regime, claiming that he is "cocky" and relying on the politics of envy to propel him to the Prime Minister's Lodge as people forget the failures of, "shock-horror", that word which should never be uttered:  socialism. 

Ludicrously likening the Labor party to a East German Stasi cabaret, The Cuban's Beuna Vista Social Club, and St Petersburg's Mariinsky Ballet, Horse-Shite, in a mixed language rant to Father Gerard's Sydney Geriatric Institute, claimed that by being socialist  and not giving tax breaks to big business, curbing excessive executive payouts and paying fair wages there will be a terrible brake on "aspiration" in Oz and the entertainment of widening class division!

Also, conveniently ignoring not only Australia's faltering economy, increasing debt and rampant Ruling Rabble corruption, this salient member of the Lying Nasty Papists, in reprising the "Reds-Under-The-Bed" scenario from the 50's also avoids  mentions of  the economies of Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark who are highly successful social democracies.

He prophesied that our most innovative  entrepreneurs with imagination and creativity will  flee the country to their Cayman Island tax havens leaving the light on thus causing all those renting these refugees negatively geared properties on their reduced wages without penalty rates not to be able to afford the rising electricity bill, smashed avocado and forced to eat cat food in lieu of real mince.

Disaster!

Seeming never in his life to have had a job other than one sucking off the public teat, this neo-fascist Belgian expat is well qualified to be concerned about the politics of envy, cigar smoking and the dismal failure of neo-con theory as his Lying Nasty Papist cabal fails to govern effectively; and because of its policy bereft status is even being pilloried by those whom you might think, at other times, would be supporters.

A perfect storm is brewing too, as the eligibility crisis, the stupidly divisive marriage equality postal vote  and Pell-Pot's historical child abuse case all head for judgment in October and there seems to be a drip feed of damaging historical malfunctions like Rabid-the-Hun's alcoholic stupor and sleeping through important votes in parliament and the potentially internecine stoushes between the LNP and the Nats to make the ruling rabble a total shambles.

Nationals deep-north senator Matty, Thug Canavan and Noe Notion senator Mal-Addled Roberts have changed their tune on key details of their citizenship status, as the High Court begins hearings on a case providing ample evidence of the honesty, ethics and integrity of ruling rabble and its affiliates. Happy to lie to the people they say they represent Thug Canavan has conceded to the court that he has been an Italian citizen since he was 2 - when he previously blamed a 2006 application on his mother - and Mal-Addled appeared ( I say "appeared" as his empirical evidence enunciations are always in a deep-north dialect quite foreign to the rest of the country) to admit that he had not filled in his British citizenship renunciation documents until after he was elected, to which, there was weeping and gnashing of teeth by 77 sack-clothed and ashed deep-north voters. 

Some of Australia's most senior politicians have been caught out not declaring a free pay television subscription worth up to $1,600 a year. No wonder The Ugly American, Murdoch needed another, no strings, $30,000,000.00 of taxpayers money to play with.  He will also be having stern words with his son who lackadaisically  has been gazumped again, this time by CBS flying under his radar to buy Channel 10, thereby stalling The Ugly American's ambition of having almost total control of Australia's media.

So, the Liarbril ruling rabble after two investigations, have admitted that Border-Farce was incorrect in labelling the nine Save-the-Children workers as agents in promoting and assisting self-harm amongst the refugees in our concentration camps at Manus and Nauru. Whilst admitting their guilt by their confidential payment to the nine concerned for the reputational damage done, the Border Farce, it's boss Roaming Quisling, and his boss Pelluzzo and the Minister, Do-Do Dutton, were at pains not to issue an apology.

Isn't this just the penultimate hallmark of this ruling rabble?

Wrong, just deflect. Incompetent, blame someone else. Corrupt, ignore. Rort, ...it's our due. Lie.. so what?

What a painfully low and sorry level these IPA office-boy ideologues have dragged the nation down to.

It has been revealed that former Prime Minister Tony Abbott spent more than $7000 on alcohol in just his last two months in the top job.  Then, Rabid-the-Hun in a moment of rare candor, opined in "the House" that "Chain-Saw" McFarlane who is retiring should be "...looked after..." by the fossil fuel industry he did so much for as a parliamentarian. Hmmm by following this gem with an anecdote about how he was handed an envelope with $5,000.00 in it after a function by a "...well known millionaire..." soon after he entered parliament, this Jesuit trained ex-priest said he had to seek advice on what to do!   PM material.... NOT!

But remember: Unions are corrupt and Labor governments are wasteful. 

"Kero-Bath-Pompador" Bronnie has also fouled parliament for the last time as did another hypocrite, Phillip "Anti-Amnesty" Ruddock. Bronnie sneered a parting remark that there would be more to come in her pay-back for being dumped both as the worst speaker parliament has ever experienced, her Helicopter rides and as a liability as a candidate. The amount of venom and bile these Liarbrils exude is quite amazing. They are psychically very unwell people.

Michaelia "Harpy" Cash went to ABC 774 to spruik her $4.00 ph wage for the dole-and-rort program, lying to Faine that it had all the safeguards of a normal job... it doesn't!

The harpy squawked her way through the interview... well, it was more of a monologue than interview, sounding in her strident efforts to override any criticism like a gaggle of Sulphur Crested's at sunset, only less mellifluous. Responses immediately after on talk-back were less than positive but that means little to the ruling rabble who only listen to their own ilk.

There are rumors that she might be dumped further down the Senate ticket to 5th or 6th spot where she would get less than the 350 odd votes she got last time... if that's the case then it's bye, bye Harpy.

The next day it was the turn of Prime Miniature, Malcon "Truffles" Turdball-fop to warn us of the grievous sin of making home ownership affordable for all rather than just the wealthy investor. Perhaps channelling the warm inner glow he had when he'd shelled out a couple of Million for his daughter's penthouse apartment with harbour views a few years ago, Truffles blithely advised Faine who had said that his children were priced out of the housing market to do the same. Hmm... remember Eleventy Hockey saying  "Want to buy a house? Get a better job?" Well, now it seems you have to have wealthy parents, too.

Scummo "The Innumerate" Morrison announced that "Hard-working-Families" would have "Jobs-and-Growth" many, many times and that he had a plan and not a budget, which was sort of true. It was a revision to the "Trickle-Down Economics" of the 70's where the majority of us get piddled on from a great height by the wealthy who get wealthier. He also said it was a classless budget as all of that stuff is now old hat. That was sort of correct too, for as someone pointed out, the ruling rabble have no class! Scummo also revised the mathematical definition of "small business." Now, for tax purposes a business that makes a Million is a small business. And black is white, too.

All, except the "Ugly American's" propaganda sheets were diffident in their analysis of this non budget plan, which withheld figures from scrutiny as a ploy to make Labors budget reply look as if it had the proverbial "Black-Hole" in its funding. Horse-Shite Cormann was even criticizing Labor's budget the day before it's release which was rather prescient of him and then he was embarrassed to have Treasury admit they had costed the ruling rabble 's effort which made the assertions of Truffles, Scummo and Horse-Shite that they hadn't, just what they were: Lies!

It is one thing for this ruling rabble to be incompetent economic managers but it seems they are just as incompetent politically. Perhaps it's their overweening sense of entitlement and hubris getting in the way of common sense?

Willie Shortstuff's budget-in-reply was pretty good... at least it seemed to have the country as a whole balanced for a future.... and from the head-down attitude and glum faces of the ruling rabble opposite, was hitting more marks than missing.

The Polls are 50-50....it's a long campaign to July 2nd,  yes Petals, the election is on....and there is a lot of anger about... this country really is at a cross-roads, will Australia begin to grow up or will it blindly follow The Ugly American's bullshit?
